Who We Are...

Terry Collier MSc
Terry’s career in seniors housing began in 1985, developing digital solutions for a chain of seniors properties in Southern California. His interest in the behavioral science behind seniors housing deepened during his Master’s program, where he focused on geriatric consumer behavior and the purchasing decisions of aging populations.

Trudy McAuley
Programming Manager
A seasoned consultant specializing in
the strategic design, development, and
execution of tailored programming for 55+
communities. With a deep understanding
of the unique needs of older adults, she crafts engaging initiatives that promote connection, wellness, and enrichment within apartment settings.

Ron Usher
Ron has developed and honed his craft over three decades creating unique skill sets, and garnering the confidence of builders and developers across North America.

Janet Halbesma
Janet is a seasoned professional with over four decades of invaluable business experience, primarily centered around customer service and human resources.

Len Halbesma
Len brings a wealth of business experience and IT skills to the team. His passion resides in analytics, spreadsheets, and business processes that offer organization and efficiencies.

Blair Knott
Blair is a civil engineer who specializes in multi-family developments, traffic, and parking assessments. He is also a development manager and is our occupancy coordinator for our multi-family projects.
Completed Projects

The Gardens at Emerald Park
Located in Grande Prairie, AB, the Gardens were completed in the spring of 2005. The complex contains 53 independent living condominiums with supportive services, and 79 supportive living suites (8 DAL - 2200 hours of Home Care).

Chemainus Festival Inn
A 75 room inn completed in 2005 in Chemainus, BC. Located on Bare Point Rd, close to a performing arts center and a golf course.

The Gardens at South Fort Bend
Completed in 2006 in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, this complex consists of 68 independent living condominiums with supportive services, and 72 supportive living suites with home care services.

The Wellington at Southview Drive
This complex was completed in spring of 2007 in Medicine Hat AB. The complex contains 100 independent living condominiums with supportive services, and 86 supportive living suites.

Avalon Gardens
Avalon Gardens opened in December of 2009 in Langely BC featuring 78 independent living condominiums, and 50 independent living rental suites.

Madison on Main Street
Located in Redcliff, AB this Senior's Condominium was opened in May of 2009. It features 26 units convenient to the Community Library and a Curling Rink.

The Gardens at West Highlands
Located in Lethbridge AB, this complex opened the summer of 2010 providing 235 independent living condominiums with supportive services, and 72 assisted living/supportive living suites.

Chartwell at Heritage Valley
The Heritage Valley complex was completed in 2012 in Edmonton AB, featuring 232 independent living Suites.

Marriott Towne Place Suites
Completed in August of 2014 the Marriott Towne Place Suites Is located in Red Deer AB. near three other hotels and two restaurants.

Lake Street Apartments
The 47 suite Lake Street Rental Apartments opened in July of 2015. They are located next to an assisted living facility on Gasoline Alley in Red Deer, AB.

Points West Living Facility
The first Points West designated supportive living facility complex was opened in September 2016 in Red Deer AB, providing 114 designated supportive living suites and 25 Independent Living Suites.

Liberty Park Townhouse
The Liberty Park Townhouse/Row Houses opened in summer of 2016 In Red Deer, AB. These townhomes are located on Lake Street in Red Deer County with two kilometers of 22 different restaurants.

The Suites @ Gasoline Alley
This 92 suite apartment hotel was opened in 2017 in Red Deer County on Memorial Parkway, next to Highway 2.

Points West Living - Red Deer
This Points West Three Robins complex was opened in January of 2020 in Red Deer AB providing 89 suites and available supportive living amenities.

Points West Living - Stoney Plain
The second Points West Three Robins complex was opened a year later in December of 2021 in Stony Plain AB providing 83 suites and available supportive living amenities.

Quebec Street Apartments
This complex is located in Prince George, BC was opened in April of 2023. This property was purchased by BC Housing for Seniors.

Living Well - Festival Pointe
This 73 suite complex is located in Sherwood Park AB also featuring available supportive living amenities

Marquis Emerald Hills
This Three Robins active living apartment was opened in October 2023. It features 112 luxury living apartments, and is located about 200 yards from Hospital Italian Center Grocery Store.

Living Well - Ospika Blvd

Park Suite 3 in Prince George, BC is a 75 suite complex located at 1090 Patricia Blvd. It is scheduled to open in September of 2026.

Three Robins Foothills
Three Robins Foothills in Prince George, BC is currently under construction, scheduled to open in the spring of 2027. This is a 110 suite supportive living facility with aging in place amenities located at 1170 Foothills Blvd.

Three Robins Grande Banks
Three Robins Grande Banks in Grande Prairie, AB is currently under construction, scheduled to open in the summer of 2027. This is a 101 suite supportive living facility located at 10305 67th Ave..
